FOR ELITE, RX, ADVANCED AND SCALED ATHLETES

4 SKILL LEVELS

SCALED
Athletes able to perform WOD’s which included jumping pull up’s, single unders, knee raises and lift weights overhead with a maximum of 40/25 kg.
ADVANCED
Athletes able to perform most of the Benchmark WOD’s able to perform kipping pull ups, toes to bars, double unders and lift weights overhead with a maximum of 60/45 kg.
RX
Athletes with good understanding of movement standard skills and able the complete benchmark workouts which include chest to bar pull ups, single muscle ups and lift weights overhead with a maximum of 70/55 kg.
ELITE
Athletes with competition experience able to perform workouts which include hand stands walks, (ring and bar) muscle up’s, (strict) handstand push-ups, pistol squats and all Olympic lifts.
SCALED
