How to log into WODCAST check all the details

You received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your login and password
WOD 1 – Your score is the number of repetitions in the 12 minute window. For the tiebreaker please add the time for the last complete set of toes to bar, box overs and double unders as this will be used as a tiebreaker.
WOD 2 – Your score is the time needed to complete the 21-15-9 repetitions.
After the front squats and burpees the teens and scaled athletes are done. The Elite and Advanced athletes may use all the time remaining to establish a one rep max clean. This can be power or squat cleans.
WOD 3 – Your score is determinded by thetime to complete all reps
If you finish all reps in the 10 minute time cap please log THE TIME it took to complete the workout. The second time would be the time it took you to complete the round of 2 SQUAT SNATCH
WHEN NOT FINISHED
If you DO NOT finish all reps within the 10 minute time cap you should log the NUMBER OF REPS you did complete within the time cap of the work out. The time tiebreaker should be the time it took you to complete the last full round of squat snatches you completed.
