You must register 90 min prior to the first workout.
- Bring your Entry Ticket!
You received your ticket as part of the confirmation email while registering for the finals. Have it ready on your mobile or bring a printed copy with you. - Proceed to Level 3 1/2
After entering the ArenA you will take the escalators to Level 4. Please follow the signs to the registration desk (Level 3 1/2). Level 4 will give you direct access to the main stance and the field. But beware you must register before your first workout. - Sign a waiver form
You are required to sign a waiver form. - While registering you will receive:
- Athlete wristband
- Startnumber Bib (with electronic tag for time registration)
- Arena Throwdown T-Shirt
- Write your start number on your left arm
assist others as well.
Workout Procedures
You must check in 20 min prior to each workout.
- Register 90 minutes prior to your first workout
- Check in 20 minutes prior to each workout
For all workouts
- 20 minutes prior to your workout you must check in at the workout desk
- 10 minutes before your work out you will be seated in the workout area
- A lane number will be assigned to you
Additional instruction Workout 1
- Attach the ‘START NUMBER BIB’ on the back of your t-shirt
- Your workout score will be determined electronically
Additional instruction Workout 2 and 4
- You will receive a Judge Form
- Prior to your workout you will hand the Judge form to your judge
- After the workout you will sign the form for approval of the score
Additional instruction Workout 3
- Your workout score will be determined electronically
REMEMBER: You forfeit the right to participate in the workout if you are late!

On Sunday June 30th 2019 the Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam will open it’s doors for you to take center stage and showcase your skill and fitness level. Over 1.080 participant slots are available.
The Arena Throwdown is an individual competition designed for all fitness levels!
We have multiple divisions and age groups for beginners, advanced as well as elite ahtletes. To participate just register for the online qualifiers or one of our live events.

The 3 workouts can be done in one day, but can also be done on separate days.

THE FINALS
Age groups and divisions
- A maximum of 1.080 finalist slots are available.
- Three full workouts per division
- One big kids workout
- Each division has a winner, a second and third place runner-up.
- The top 8 man and top 8 women (Elite or Master) will battle for the Arena Championship Crown.
My skill level
Final participant quota per division will be determined based on effective number of registered participants in the qualifiers and live events. A total of 650 finalists will be announced after the online qualifiers. An additional 350 final slots are available for participants during the live events.
